Growth Associate

Job Summary

A company is looking for a Growth Associate specializing in website and community management.

Key Responsibilities:

• Drive net new leads through Conversion Rate Optimization (CRO) and demand generation campaigns
• Shape and execute the roadmap for the company's community, driving user growth and engagement
• Lead website experimentation and analysis, sharing insights with the Growth and Marketing teams

Required Qualifications:

• Minimum 3 years experience in management consulting, finance, or investment banking, or a Growth PM/Growth Marketing role at a startup
• Ownership mentality and ability to deliver impact
• Deep customer empathy and ability to understand customer needs
• Data analytics proficiency, including experience with Looker and Excel/Google Sheets
• Confidence to take chances and strive for exceptional outcomes
