Job Summary

To support community engagement and audience growth, the part-time freelance Growth & Community Manager will develop and execute strategies across various platforms, monitor community interactions, and engage with influencers to foster a vibrant online environment.

Key responsibilities

• Develop and execute community growth strategies across platforms such as Discord, Slack, and LinkedIn
• Monitor community channels, respond to members, and moderate discussions to maintain a welcoming atmosphere
• Design and run campaigns and initiatives that enhance engagement and retention while analyzing growth metrics for continuous improvement

Required qualifications

• Proven experience in growing online communities or social media audiences
• Strong written communication skills with an engaging voice adaptable to different platforms
• Data-informed approach with the ability to track and analyze key metrics
• Highly organized and self-motivated, capable of working independently
• Familiarity with community tools and major social media platforms
