Growth Consulting Senior Associate

Job Summary

To support a growing strategy consulting practice, the full-time remote Growth Consulting Senior Associate will manage client engagement workstreams, mentor junior team members, and lead the development of client deliverables while driving profitable growth for major consumer packaged goods and retail clients.

Key responsibilities

• Own Engagement Workstreams: Manage engagements and lead the problem-solving process independently
• Mentor and Manage Junior Team Members: Delegate tasks and develop the analytical and client-facing skills of Analysts and Senior Analysts
• Lead Storylining and Client Deliverables: Craft concise, client-ready materials that address strategic questions

Required qualifications

• An undergraduate degree in business, marketing, consumer insights, statistics, or economics; an MBA or advanced degree is a plus
• 4+ years of relevant work experience managing workstreams or engagements and mentoring junior team members
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office, particularly PowerPoint and Excel; experience with market measurement or custom analytics preferred
• Demonstrated ability to manage expectations and timelines with senior team members and delegate effectively
