Job Summary

To build a cult following around a leading security and compliance platform, the full-time remote Growth Content and Community Manager will own content and community presence, create provocative content, and engage with audiences across various channels.

Key responsibilities

• Own community presence across platforms like Reddit, Hacker News, and Twitter/X, engaging with CTOs and founders
• Write and publish high-volume, impactful content for both technical and business audiences to establish brand voice
• Transform internal knowledge into compelling thought leadership content that drives brand awareness and generates leads

Required qualifications

• 3-6 years of experience in content, community, or growth marketing with a proven track record of audience engagement
• Exceptional writing skills demonstrated through a portfolio that showcases impactful content
• Deep understanding of community dynamics and how to effectively engage audiences on platforms like Reddit and Hacker News
• Self-starter mentality with a bias toward action and the ability to build a content strategy from scratch
• Familiarity with the security and compliance industry or a strong willingness to learn quickly
