Job Summary

A company is looking for a Growth Coordinator to support growth initiatives across partnerships, marketing, and market intelligence.

Key Responsibilities

• Assist in the administration of agency partnership infrastructure and track partner activity
• Conduct market research on M&A activity and prepare insights for decision-making
• Support content creation and execution of digital marketing campaigns, including LinkedIn

Required Qualifications

• Post-secondary degree, diploma, or certificate in business, marketing, communications, or a related field preferred
• 1-2 years of relevant experience in marketing, research, or business operations
• Familiarity with digital tools such as Microsoft 365 and CRM platforms
• Proactive and eager to learn in a fast-paced environment
• Strong organizational skills and an analytical mindset
