Key Responsibilities

• Design dashboards and performance reports to provide actionable insights for stakeholders

• Lead experimentation infrastructure, including A/B testing frameworks and translating results into growth recommendations

Required Qualifications

• 7+ years of data analysis experience with expertise in growth marketing and product KPIs
• Mastery of SQL, including complex joins and analytical functions, along with strong Python proficiency
• Experience managing data pipelines and understanding data workflow orchestration
• Hands-on experience designing and executing A/B tests and experimentation frameworks
• A degree in a field emphasizing analytical rigor, such as analytics, software engineering, or economics
