Growth Data Engineer

Job Summary

A company is looking for a Growth Data Engineer who will support Acquisition and Growth Marketing through data management and infrastructure.

Key Responsibilities

• Design, build, and maintain ETL pipelines for data extraction, transformation, and loading into Snowflake
• Ensure real-time availability of customer data across marketing channels and dashboards
• Develop frameworks for data reliability, governance, and incident response while collaborating cross-functionally

Required Qualifications

• Strong experience with Python, SQL, and data engineering systems
• Familiarity with full stack engineering and experience with Go, React, Node.js, and Typescript/Javascript
• Hands-on experience with cloud-native tools like Snowflake, Airflow, and containerization technologies
• Proven operational rigor in monitoring, documentation, and automation practices
• Familiarity with growth experimentation or digital marketing ecosystems is a plus
