Job Summary

To support the growth of Cabify Logistics, the full-time Growth Demand Analyst will manage lead generation processes, automate tasks using AI, and optimize the pipeline for deliveries while working in a remote environment.

Key responsibilities

• Prototype and implement AI solutions to reduce manual tasks, documenting time savings
• Manage inbound leads from various sources and convert them into real opportunities in Salesforce
• Optimize the auto sign-up flow for CrossDock to ensure smooth transitions to first deliveries

Required qualifications

• Curiosity for AI as a tool for automating repetitive tasks
• Fast learner with the ability to master technological stacks quickly
• Commercial and analytical spirit to identify data-driven business opportunities
• Attention to detail in data entry within CRM systems like Salesforce or HubSpot
• Experience using tools such as n8n, Make, Zapier, or LLMs to solve real problems
