Growth Design Manager
Job Summary
Leading a team of designers in a full-time remote capacity, the Growth Design Manager will drive design initiatives across Conversion, Activation, and Virality, collaborating with Product and Engineering to enhance customer experiences and support growth strategies.
Key responsibilities
- Lead and develop designers within the Growth organization, providing context, coaching, and feedback for exceptional work
- Partner with Product and Engineering leadership to shape Growth strategy and identify high-leverage opportunities
- Create systems and operating practices that allow Growth Design to scale while preserving creativity and judgment
Required qualifications
- Experience leading and developing high-performing product or growth designers
- Proven track record of using design to drive measurable business outcomes
- Strong design thinking skills with excellent visual and product judgment
- Ability to operate independently in a fast-moving environment
- Curiosity about customer behavior and insights to inform design strategies
