Job Summary

A company is looking for a Growth Designer

Key Responsibilities:

• Create website feature pages, landing pages, social media posts, ads, blog posts, presentations, emails and templates across the brand
• Develop visually appealing UI designs, wireframes, and design systems for digital platforms
• Collaborate with teams to ensure designs align with brand guidelines and stay updated on design trends

Required Qualifications:

• 2+ years experience in in-house design in a similar role
• Proficiency in Figma and strong design skills in wireframes, UI, typography, and design systems
• Ability to work autonomously, highly motivated to produce quality design, and work in a fast-paced environment
• Experience at a startup in a similar growth stage and knowledge of animation or Canva are a plus
• Fluency in English at a CEFR Level C1 / ILR Level 5
