Required Qualifications

• 8+ years in learning, capability building, or enablement roles within product and software companies
• Proven experience in modernizing learning ecosystems and creating comprehensive onboarding programs
• Ability to translate business strategy into role-based learning pathways and tools for managers
• Familiarity with skills frameworks and their connection to performance and career advancement
• Hands-on experience with AI applications in learning and familiarity with enterprise learning platforms
