Job Summary
To drive growth through strategic partnerships, the full-time remote Growth Director will manage DEPT's relationship with Google, oversee compliance with incentive programs, and collaborate across teams to enhance revenue and operational efficiency.
Key responsibilities
- Own and manage the strategic relationship with Google, ensuring compliance with incentive programs
- Develop annual partnership plans and identify opportunities for collaboration and innovation
- Track partnership KPIs and communicate performance, opportunities, and risks to executive leadership
Required qualifications
- 8+ years of experience in digital marketing, media, partnerships, or related fields
- Deep knowledge of Google Ads, Google Marketing Platform, and Google's partner ecosystem
- Experience managing strategic technology or platform partnerships
- Strong understanding of marketing measurement and performance analytics
- Proven ability to lead cross-functional initiatives and influence senior stakeholders
