Job Summary

A company is looking for a Growth Director.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Provide leadership for a team of 6-8 sales professionals
  • Drive the performance of BDM's within assigned region through sales support, metrics analysis, and ongoing training
  • Maximize sales revenue and meet or exceed regional and corporate-set goals
Required Qualifications:
  • Must live in the DFW market
  • Prefer 5+ years of Staffing Industry experience, preferably in light industrial placement
  • Managed a successful sales team and consistently grown revenue
  • Demonstrable track record of success in a B2B sales role
  • Able to develop a growth plan/strategy
