Job Summary

A company is looking for a Growth Director, Meal Programs & Emerging Opportunities (Remote).

Key Responsibilities

• Oversees the commercial performance and operating model of Meal Programs
• Orchestrates collaboration with Product, Engineering, and Design teams for optimal outcomes
• Owns the go-to-market strategy, including pricing, targeting, and market expansion for Meal Programs

Required Qualifications

• 10+ years in high growth B2B2C or marketplace environments, with 4+ years in a Growth-related role
• Demonstrated P&L literacy and ability to optimize unit economics
• Experience in orchestrating matrixed delivery with Product & Technology teams
• Strong commercial instincts related to pricing, segmentation, and channel strategies
• Proficient in stakeholder management and executive communication
