Growth Engineer

Job Summary

To support a growing team, the full-time remote Growth Engineer will build and optimize a content engine, creating high-quality materials such as webinars and product videos while managing audience engagement and performance metrics.

Key responsibilities

• Build the content engine end-to-end, including ingestion, theme extraction, drafting, evaluations, and review processes
• Create and oversee the production of various content types, ensuring alignment with distinct author voices
• Measure and analyze content quality and audience engagement, making data-driven decisions to improve performance

Required qualifications

• 3+ years of experience in growth engineering, marketing operations, technical content, or related fields
• Proven ability to write and evaluate content for a technical audience, with examples of previous work
• Experience with prompt engineering and multi-step LLM pipelines
• Proficiency in coding with Python or TypeScript, as well as familiarity with APIs and databases
• Strong data fluency and the ability to engage in discussions about data pipelines and management
