Growth Engineer

Job Summary

To drive product-led growth at Clarity Pediatrics, the full-time Growth Engineer will manage the end-to-end process of research, ideation, building, shipping, and measuring product features that enhance provider referrals and enterprise integrations, operating primarily in a remote environment.

Key responsibilities

• Conduct discovery and user research to create a prioritized growth roadmap based on insights from pediatricians
• Develop self-serve product experiences that streamline navigation and referrals for pediatricians and their staff
• Implement workflow automation and clinical collaboration infrastructure to improve the referral process and enhance provider trust

Required qualifications

• 6+ years of experience shipping product end-to-end, with a strong engineering background or product leadership experience
• Proven ability to design experiments that challenge assumptions and iterate quickly on prototypes
• Experience in owning metrics and reporting on performance transparently
• Strong interest in user engagement, particularly with pediatricians and their teams
• Familiarity with healthcare tools, EMR/EHR integrations, or referral and care-coordination products is a plus
