Growth Engineer

Job Summary

Owning the agentic go-to-market demand and growth strategy across a strategic product portfolio, the full-time remote Growth Engineer (AI-Native) will design and orchestrate multi-agent workflows, manage product launches, and configure automation tools while working closely with the CEO and CRO.

Key responsibilities

• Manage marketing-sourced and influenced pipeline for all products in the portfolio
• Oversee demand engineering and orchestrate agentic playbooks for product launches
• Configure and automate multi-agent systems using HubSpot, Clay, ZoomInfo, and Claude agents

Required qualifications

• Proven experience shipping production agent or LLM workflows
• Hands-on fluency with HubSpot and comparable enterprise data platforms
• Experience in demand generation or growth within a B2B enterprise or regulated-industry SaaS
• Light coding skills in TypeScript or Python, with the ability to work with JSON-LD and YAML
• Demonstrated success selling into long, regulated enterprise cycles
