Growth Engineer

Job Summary

Joining a new Growth Pod, the full-time remote Senior or Staff Growth Engineer will build and iterate on experiments to enhance subscription attach rates and retention across the e-commerce site and mobile/web app, leveraging expertise in Typescript and React.

Key responsibilities

• Build, launch, and iterate on experiments to improve growth metrics such as subscription attach rate and retention
• Implement new features and UI flows in the Shopify + Hydrogen e-commerce site and React Native app
• Collaborate with product managers, designers, and cross-functional partners to transition from hypothesis to live testing efficiently

Required qualifications

• Extensive experience (5+ years) with Typescript and React, including production work in React Native and/or modern e-commerce frontend stacks
• Genuine interest in growth engineering and understanding user conversion behaviors
• Comfort with A/B testing concepts and a strong respect for statistical rigor
• Strong understanding of frontend architecture and design patterns with a focus on code quality
• Excellent cross-functional communication skills, enabling effective collaboration with Product, Design, and Data teams
