Job Summary

Seeking an experienced Growth Engineer for a remote, contracted-to-full-time position who will launch and optimize paid acquisition campaigns, build AI-powered workflows, and analyze funnel performance to drive growth initiatives.

Key responsibilities

• Launch, run, and optimize paid acquisition campaigns across various channels hands-on
• Build AI-powered workflows to automate tasks such as copy generation and audience segmentation
• Analyze funnel performance and act on insights to improve campaign effectiveness

Required qualifications

• 5+ years of hands-on experience in performance, growth, or demand generation marketing
• Proficiency in using AI tools for writing, workflow building, and analysis
• Experience launching and optimizing paid campaigns independently
• Strong analytical skills with a focus on attribution and funnel metrics
• B2B SaaS experience and familiarity with programmatic/ABM tools
