Job Summary

To support a dynamic marketing team, the contracted-to-full-time Growth Engineer will launch and optimize paid acquisition campaigns, build AI-powered workflows, and analyze funnel performance in a remote environment.

Key responsibilities

• Launch, run, and optimize paid acquisition campaigns across various channels hands-on
• Build AI-powered workflows to enhance efficiency in tasks such as copy generation and audience segmentation
• Analyze funnel performance and act on insights to improve marketing strategies

Required qualifications

• 5+ years of hands-on experience in performance, growth, or demand generation marketing
• Proficiency in using AI tools for tasks such as writing copy and analyzing data
• Experience launching and optimizing paid campaigns independently
• Strong analytical skills with a focus on attribution and funnel metrics
• B2B SaaS experience
