Job Summary

Hands-on and experienced, the contracted to full-time Growth Engineer will launch, run, and optimize paid acquisition campaigns while leveraging AI tools to enhance workflows and generate pipeline in a remote environment.

Key responsibilities

• Launch and optimize paid acquisition campaigns across various channels, including LinkedIn and Google
• Build AI-powered workflows to automate tasks such as copy generation and audience segmentation
• Analyze funnel performance and implement insights to improve campaign effectiveness

Required qualifications

• 5+ years of hands-on experience in performance, growth, or demand generation marketing
• Proficiency in using AI tools for copywriting, workflow building, and data analysis
• Experience launching and optimizing paid campaigns independently
• Strong analytical skills with a focus on attribution and funnel metrics
• B2B SaaS experience and familiarity with programmatic/ABM tools
