Job Summary

Hands-on and execution-focused, the full-time Growth Engineer will launch and optimize paid acquisition campaigns, build AI-powered workflows, and analyze funnel performance in a remote environment.

Key responsibilities

• Launch, run, and optimize paid acquisition campaigns across various channels without handoffs
• Build AI-powered workflows for tasks such as copy generation and audience segmentation
• Analyze funnel performance and surface insights to drive growth initiatives

Required qualifications

• 5+ years of hands-on experience in performance, growth, or demand generation marketing
• Proficiency in using AI tools for job-related tasks, including writing and analysis
• Experience launching and optimizing paid campaigns personally, not just managing agencies
• Strong analytical skills with comfort in attribution and funnel metrics
• B2B SaaS experience and familiarity with programmatic/ABM tools
