Growth Engineer

Job Summary

Owning the full experimentation loop, the full-time remote Growth Engineer will design A/B testing infrastructure, build data pipelines, and drive growth initiatives to enhance user engagement and conversion rates.

Key responsibilities

• Design and maintain A/B testing infrastructure for web and mobile applications
• Implement and analyze experiments, documenting results and translating findings into actionable next steps
• Generate and prioritize growth hypotheses based on data and user behavior

Required qualifications

• Strong full-stack engineering skills across web, mobile, and backend systems
• Experience with A/B testing frameworks and analytics pipelines
• Data-driven mindset with the ability to design clean experiments and interpret results accurately
• Product intuition with a focus on improving user activation, retention, and conversion
• Familiarity with growth practices in consumer tech companies
