Growth Engineer

Job Summary

To support the Growth team in a remote contract role, the Growth Engineer will manage the entire experimentation process, collaborating with the Product Development and Data Science teams while coding, analyzing, and optimizing growth workstreams.

Key responsibilities

• Peer-review Growth code and assist in code reviews for experiments
• Launch experiments on Google Firebase and debug code with the product development team
• Own the translation of winning experiments across platforms and manage the experimentation process from start to finish

Required qualifications

• Background in software engineering
• Proficiency in JSON & JAVA or Javascript (SQL is a bonus)
• Understanding of statistical significance and experimental design
• Passion for growth metrics and user experience optimization
• Bachelor's degree in statistics, computer science, engineering, or related experience
