Growth Engineer

Job Summary

To support the scaling of developer support, the full-time Growth Engineer will build internal tools, automations, and AI-assisted workflows, working remotely or in a hybrid model from San Francisco, CA.

Key responsibilities

• Build internal tools and automations to enhance support efficiency and scalability
• Develop AI-assisted workflows for faster issue resolution and ticket deflection
• Implement product improvements to address recurring support issues proactively

Required qualifications

• 4+ years of experience as a full-stack engineer, particularly in building internal tools or developer-facing systems
• Experience with automations and support tooling
• Proven ability to create systems that significantly enhance team productivity
• Bonus for experience in production with LLMs (prompt engineering, inference pipelines)
• Authorization to work in the US or eligible remote-hire regions without sponsorship
