Growth Engineer
Job Summary
To drive user acquisition and engagement, the full-time remote Growth Engineer will build and optimize web experiences, manage growth experiments, and collaborate across teams to enhance the company's online presence and performance.
Key responsibilities
- Identify and implement opportunities to improve user acquisition, activation, conversion, retention, and revenue
- Own the lifecycle of growth experiments from hypothesis through implementation, analysis, and iteration
- Enhance high-traffic product pages, onboarding experiences, and improve technical SEO and website performance
Required qualifications
- Strong experience building production web applications using React, TypeScript, and modern web technologies
- Proven ability to independently manage projects from concept to launch with measurable impact
- Strong product judgment with skills in identifying friction points and prioritizing growth opportunities
- Experience with analytics, funnels, experimentation, SQL, and product or business metrics
- Comfortable working autonomously while collaborating across engineering, design, product, data, and marketing teams
