Growth Engineering Manager

Job Summary

To drive a high-velocity growth engine, the full-time salaried Growth Engineering Manager will own the full-funnel growth architecture, manage cross-functional collaborations, and enhance analytics and experimentation frameworks in a remote or San Francisco Bay Area setting.

Key responsibilities

• Design and manage the full-funnel growth system, including paid and organic channels, ABM, and partnerships
• Instrument the growth funnel across various platforms and build reporting infrastructure for real-time insights
• Align cross-functional teams around growth strategies and maintain a transparent roadmap for ongoing initiatives

Required qualifications

• Senior, hands-on experience in building integrated growth programs, preferably in B2B SaaS or healthtech
• Proven ability to design processes and operating cadences that are user-friendly
• Experience in influencing cross-functional teams without direct authority
• Strong background in both funnel instrumentation and high-conversion brief writing
• Demonstrated bias toward building and creating solutions in ambiguous situations
