Job Summary

A company is looking for a Growth & Enrolment Coordinator to support its operations in Indonesia.

Key Responsibilities

• Handle parent enquiries and manage leads through various communication channels
• Coordinate trial and regular class slots, ensuring smooth operations and communication with teachers
• Maintain tracking systems for leads, trials, and enrolments, providing regular updates to the Regional Director

Required Qualifications

• Based in Indonesia
• Proficient in English and Bahasa Indonesia (written & spoken)
• Experience in enrolment, admissions, sales, or customer service
• Proficient with Google Workspace (Sheets, Docs, Drive)
• Strong sense of ownership and follow-through on tasks
