Growth Experiment Engineer

Job Summary

To support rapid growth initiatives, the full-time remote Growth Experiment Engineer will build and validate MVP solutions for go-to-market (GTM) growth experiments, partnering with various teams to create technical workflows and automate processes.

Key responsibilities

• Build MVP systems, automations, and internal tools to support GTM growth experiments
• Translate growth hypotheses into technical workflows with clear metrics and success criteria
• Instrument experiments for quick measurement of outcomes and decide on scaling or iterating based on results

Required qualifications

• Experience in building technical GTM, RevOps, or automation systems
• Ability to prototype quickly using APIs, SQL, and automation tools
• Strong understanding of B2B GTM motions such as outbound and product-led growth
• Technical judgment to determine the appropriate level of solution development
• Clear communication skills with cross-functional stakeholders
