Job Summary

A company is looking for a Growth GTM Performance Manager.

Key Responsibilities

• Deliver acquisition and performance reports, dashboards, and KPIs across all brands
• Conduct market and segmentation analysis to identify growth opportunities and inform channel strategy
• Extract and analyze data to monitor acquisition trends and identify performance improvement opportunities

Required Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree from an accredited college or university
• 5-7 years of relevant experience in analytics, performance management, or GTM strategy
• Experience leading projects or initiatives
• Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Excel and Microsoft Office Suite
• Strong expertise in Power BI and Tableau for dashboard development
