Job Summary

Hands-on and execution-focused, the remote Growth Hacker will launch, run, and optimize paid acquisition campaigns while leveraging AI to enhance workflows and generate pipeline from targeted accounts in a contracted to full-time role.

Key responsibilities

• Launch, run, and optimize paid acquisition campaigns across various channels without handoffs
• Build AI-powered workflows to automate tasks such as copy generation and audience segmentation
• Analyze funnel performance and act on insights to drive growth initiatives

Required qualifications

• 5+ years of hands-on experience in performance, growth, or demand generation marketing
• Proficient in using AI tools daily for tasks like copywriting and data analysis
• Experience launching and optimizing paid campaigns independently
• Strong analytical skills with a comfort level in attribution and funnel metrics
• B2B SaaS experience with familiarity in programmatic/ABM tools
