Job Summary

Hands-on and execution-focused, the contracted to full-time Growth Hacker will launch and optimize paid acquisition campaigns, build AI-powered workflows, and generate pipeline from targeted account lists while working remotely.

Key responsibilities

• Launch, run, and optimize paid acquisition campaigns across various channels without handoffs
• Build AI-powered workflows to automate tasks such as copy generation and audience segmentation
• Analyze funnel performance and act on insights to drive growth

Required qualifications

• 5+ years of hands-on experience in performance, growth, or demand generation marketing
• Proficiency in using AI tools for tasks such as writing copy and analyzing data
• Experience launching and optimizing paid campaigns independently
• Strong analytical skills with a focus on attribution and funnel metrics
• B2B SaaS experience
