Job Summary

Hands-on and execution-focused, the contracted to full-time Growth Hacker will launch, run, and optimize paid acquisition campaigns while leveraging AI tools to enhance workflows and generate pipeline in a remote environment.

Key responsibilities

• Launch, run, and optimize paid acquisition campaigns across various channels without handoffs
• Build AI-powered workflows to automate tasks such as copy generation and audience segmentation
• Experiment with new growth channels and analyze funnel performance to drive actionable insights

Required qualifications

• 5+ years of hands-on experience in performance, growth, or demand generation marketing
• Proficient in using AI tools for tasks like copywriting, research, and analysis
• Experience launching and optimizing paid campaigns independently
• Strong analytical skills with a comfort level in attribution and funnel metrics
• B2B SaaS experience and familiarity with programmatic/ABM tools
