Hands-on and execution-focused, the full-time Growth Hacker will launch and optimize paid acquisition campaigns across various channels, leveraging AI tools to enhance workflows and drive pipeline generation in a remote environment.

Key responsibilities
  • Launch, run, and optimize paid acquisition campaigns across LinkedIn, Google, and AI-native channels without handoffs
  • Build AI-powered workflows to automate tasks such as copy generation and audience segmentation
  • Analyze funnel performance and generate insights to drive growth initiatives
Required qualifications
  • 5+ years of hands-on experience in performance, growth, or demand generation marketing
  • Proficiency in using AI tools for marketing tasks, including copywriting and data analysis
  • Experience in launching and optimizing paid campaigns independently
  • Strong analytical skills with a focus on attribution and funnel metrics
  • B2B SaaS experience and familiarity with programmatic/ABM tools
