Job Summary

To drive user adoption and external partnerships, the full-time remote Growth Lead will manage weekly active user growth, coordinate large-scale hackathons, and cultivate partnerships within the AI ecosystem.

Key responsibilities
  • Drive weekly active user growth by setting targets, tracking progress, and optimizing acquisition, activation, and retention strategies
  • Run high-velocity experiments to test and scale growth initiatives across the full funnel
  • Build and activate partnerships through meetups, hackathons, and joint go-to-market motions with complementary companies
Required qualifications
  • 3-5+ years of growth experience in a tech company or startup, preferably in a product-led or developer-first environment
  • Ability to engage with technical products and converse substantively with engineers
  • Strong creative and data-driven mindset, capable of distinguishing meaningful metrics from vanity metrics
  • Proven track record in building and managing partnerships for mutual outcomes
  • Self-directed and adaptable, comfortable with ambiguity and prioritizing effectively
