Growth Lead

Job Summary

To support a rapidly expanding AI-native psychiatry clinic, the full-time remote Growth Lead will design and execute growth strategies, manage multi-channel marketing efforts, and analyze performance metrics to enhance patient acquisition, activation, and retention.

Key responsibilities

• Design and execute the growth roadmap, prioritizing impactful experiments across acquisition, activation, and retention
• Manage multi-channel growth execution, including performance marketing, lifecycle messaging, and partnerships
• Conduct rigorous analytics and experimentation to optimize conversion rates and improve patient experience

Required qualifications

• 2-5+ years of experience in growth, consulting, product strategy, or marketing
• Hands-on experience with multiple acquisition channels such as paid social and SEO
• Strong analytical skills, including funnel analysis and experimentation design
• Proven ability to operate autonomously in fast-paced, ambiguous environments
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills
