Job Summary
To drive user engagement and growth for a pioneering digital payments startup, the full-time remote Growth Lead will collaborate with founders to transform product launches into successful user acquisitions through experimentation, community engagement, and innovative growth strategies.
Key responsibilities
- Develop and execute growth strategies to acquire and retain users for a new consumer product
- Design and implement rapid growth experiments while analyzing user behavior and funnel metrics
- Engage directly with communities and users to test ideas and drive product adoption
Required qualifications
- Proven experience in growing consumer products from launch to user acquisition
- Strong background in consumer app marketing, particularly in payments, fintech, or high-engagement applications
- Hands-on experience in managing user acquisition, activation, and retention strategies
- Deep understanding of internet culture and attention-driven marketing
- Fluency in Spanish or Portuguese is strongly preferred
