Job Summary

To drive user engagement and growth for a pioneering digital payments startup, the full-time remote Growth Lead will collaborate with founders to transform product launches into successful user acquisitions through experimentation, community engagement, and innovative growth strategies.

Key responsibilities
  • Develop and execute growth strategies to acquire and retain users for a new consumer product
  • Design and implement rapid growth experiments while analyzing user behavior and funnel metrics
  • Engage directly with communities and users to test ideas and drive product adoption
Required qualifications
  • Proven experience in growing consumer products from launch to user acquisition
  • Strong background in consumer app marketing, particularly in payments, fintech, or high-engagement applications
  • Hands-on experience in managing user acquisition, activation, and retention strategies
  • Deep understanding of internet culture and attention-driven marketing
  • Fluency in Spanish or Portuguese is strongly preferred
