Growth Lead, APAC

Job Summary

To drive growth in the APAC region, the full-time remote Growth Lead, APAC will create original content, build relationships with local creators, and manage partnerships and PR initiatives, focusing primarily on the Korean market while also extending efforts to other key regions.

Key responsibilities

• Create and publish original Korean-language content across various platforms, adapting global campaigns for local resonance
• Cultivate a network of Korean crypto influencers and community leaders to promote JTX and engage with the retail audience
• Manage partnerships and PR efforts, tracking performance and reporting on ROI while coordinating regional events and activations

Required qualifications

• Based in South Korea with a native proficiency in Korean and professional English; Mandarin proficiency is a strong plus
• A deep existing network in the Korean crypto community, including creators, media, and partners
• Real fluency in the Korean retail crypto audience and experience creating content independently
• Experience running creator and media partnership programs with a clear understanding of the Korean market
• Self-directed and comfortable operating autonomously across significant time zone differences
