Job Summary

Owning the GMV for Engine X, the full-time remote Growth Lead, Fintech will build and execute the acquisition strategy for a new business credit card, focusing on scalable growth through data-driven decision-making and cross-functional collaboration.

Key Responsibilities

• Own the strategy for Engine X acquisition, translating targets into actionable plans and experiments
• Build the acquisition engine, establishing programs and systems for predictable growth
• Drive large projects forward, executing directly or collaborating with relevant teams to maintain momentum

Required Qualifications

• Experience in marketing or selling fintech products, understanding buyer behavior and compliance
• Owner's mentality with a proven ability to build plans and deliver outcomes
• Strong data proficiency, including experience with SQL, Amplitude, and Snowflake
• Fluency in leveraging AI tools to enhance productivity and effectiveness
• Customer-centric approach to developing relevant and personalized acquisition strategies
