Job Summary
As the first dedicated Growth Lead for LATAM Community, this fully remote position will drive user acquisition, community engagement, and early-stage growth by building awareness and scalable growth systems while engaging directly with online communities across various platforms.
Key responsibilities
- Develop and execute growth strategies to acquire users and enhance community engagement
- Engage with online communities on platforms such as Reddit, Telegram, and Facebook to drive awareness and user acquisition
- Test ideas and run experiments to identify and capitalize on growth opportunities
Required qualifications
- Proven experience in driving growth for consumer products, preferably in fintech or highly engaged applications
- Demonstrated success in taking products from launch to achieving significant early traction
- Strong understanding of user acquisition funnels, retention strategies, and user lifecycle management
- Experience in running hands-on growth experiments with measurable outcomes
- Fluent in English; Spanish or Portuguese fluency is strongly preferred
