Job Summary
Growth Lead, Performance Marketing is a full-time position responsible for leading paid marketing operations in Israel, focusing on Google Ads and expanding into other channels while mentoring analysts and optimizing campaign performance.
Key Responsibilities
- Manage campaign structure, bid strategy, and ad copy for assigned verticals across various platforms
- Lead and mentor the Israel team, ensuring best practices and operational standards are met
- Conduct systematic testing and performance reporting to drive conversion signal quality and optimize strategies
Required Qualifications
- 5+ years of hands-on experience in paid media management, particularly with Google Ads/SEM
- Proven experience managing high-spend Google Ads accounts ($1M+/month) with demonstrated performance improvements
- Experience in paid social, remarketing, and display advertising
- 1-3 years of experience in mentoring or managing junior team members
- Bachelor's degree with a quantitative or business background preferred
