Job Summary

Growth Lead, Performance Marketing is a full-time position responsible for leading paid marketing operations in Israel, focusing on Google Ads and expanding into other channels while mentoring analysts and optimizing campaign performance.

Key Responsibilities
  • Manage campaign structure, bid strategy, and ad copy for assigned verticals across various platforms
  • Lead and mentor the Israel team, ensuring best practices and operational standards are met
  • Conduct systematic testing and performance reporting to drive conversion signal quality and optimize strategies
Required Qualifications
  • 5+ years of hands-on experience in paid media management, particularly with Google Ads/SEM
  • Proven experience managing high-spend Google Ads accounts ($1M+/month) with demonstrated performance improvements
  • Experience in paid social, remarketing, and display advertising
  • 1-3 years of experience in mentoring or managing junior team members
  • Bachelor's degree with a quantitative or business background preferred
