Job Summary

Growth Lead, Specialty Markets is a full-time position responsible for driving the utilization of exome and genome products in pediatric and adult specialist markets, evolving commercial strategies, and enhancing customer engagement.

Key Responsibilities
  • Develop and execute the commercial sales strategy aligned with company goals
  • Partner with marketing to launch targeted campaigns and educational programs
  • Lead collaborations and initiatives to drive growth and engagement
Required Qualifications, Training, and Education
  • Bachelor's degree required; advanced degree preferred
  • 7+ years of experience in commercial strategy, sales leadership, or management
  • Experience in specialty markets is an asset
  • Proven track record of successful go-to-market strategies
  • Experience leading cross-functional teams and managing complex projects
