Job Summary
Growth Lead, Specialty Markets is a full-time position responsible for driving the utilization of exome and genome products in pediatric and adult specialist markets, evolving commercial strategies, and enhancing customer engagement.
Key Responsibilities
- Develop and execute the commercial sales strategy aligned with company goals
- Partner with marketing to launch targeted campaigns and educational programs
- Lead collaborations and initiatives to drive growth and engagement
Required Qualifications, Training, and Education
- Bachelor's degree required; advanced degree preferred
- 7+ years of experience in commercial strategy, sales leadership, or management
- Experience in specialty markets is an asset
- Proven track record of successful go-to-market strategies
- Experience leading cross-functional teams and managing complex projects
