A company is looking for a Growth Headquarter Manager to lead its operations in Argentina and focus on American markets.

Key Responsibilities

• Lead the Argentina Headquarters and develop a growth team to support regional business
• Own results, goals, and strategic decisions within a specific business line
• Define and establish new strategies to enhance overall company performance

Required Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in engineering, maths, statistics, data analytics, or strategy
• At least 8 years of experience in a business analytics role with team management
• High level of English; Spanish is a plus
• Experience in strategy consulting, investment banking, or analytics roles at top tech firms
• Understanding of coding languages such as SQL, R, or Python is preferred
