Job Summary

A company is looking for a Growth Manager (Creator Campaigns).

Key Responsibilities

• Lead and execute public fundraising campaigns and manage the full lifecycle of partnership campaigns
• Develop compelling donor-facing content and manage its distribution across various channels
• Initiate marketing experiments to accelerate growth and measure campaign performance against KPIs

Required Qualifications

• 3-5+ years of professional experience in relevant fields such as product management or program management
• Strong project management skills with the ability to manage multiple workstreams
