• Lead and evolve the agency's growth strategy from lead generation to conversion
• Partner with the CEO and team leads to align growth efforts with business priorities

Required Qualifications

• 5+ years of experience in growth marketing, demand generation, or performance marketing
• Hands-on experience with CRM/email automation and data analytics tools
• Analytical and creative mindset focused on building and iterating growth systems
• Ability to work independently in a fast-moving, remote team environment
