Required Qualifications

• 2-3+ years of experience in a client-facing or analytical role, preferably in management consulting
• 2+ years of healthcare experience or ability to quickly learn complex healthcare domains
• Strong organizational skills and ability to structure ambiguity into clear next steps
• Action-oriented and able to thrive in a fast-paced, metric-driven environment
• Experience in financial modeling or familiarity with insurance coverage is a plus
