Job Summary
Driving revenue growth, the full-time remote Growth Manager will lead strategic workstreams within pitches, articulate the value of core solutions, and manage small-to-mid-sized deals focused on branding, campaign strategy, media management, and more.
Key responsibilities
- Manage the net-new pitch process, including building timelines, writing briefings, and setting win strategies
- Craft detailed responses for pitches, including RFIs and collaborating with legal and finance teams
- Enhance the business development process through qualification strategy and best practices to improve client experience
Required qualifications
- 5+ years of agency sales, growth, or client services experience
- Experience in selling agency services across various industries
- Proven ability to manage the net-new pitch process effectively
- Strong understanding of branding, creative, media, ecommerce, and engineering
- Experience building relationships with VP-level clients and decision-makers
