Job Summary

Driving revenue growth, the full-time remote Growth Manager will lead strategic workstreams within pitches, articulate the value of core solutions, and manage small-to-mid-sized deals focused on branding, campaign strategy, media management, and more.

Key responsibilities
  • Manage the net-new pitch process, including building timelines, writing briefings, and setting win strategies
  • Craft detailed responses for pitches, including RFIs and collaborating with legal and finance teams
  • Enhance the business development process through qualification strategy and best practices to improve client experience
Required qualifications
  • 5+ years of agency sales, growth, or client services experience
  • Experience in selling agency services across various industries
  • Proven ability to manage the net-new pitch process effectively
  • Strong understanding of branding, creative, media, ecommerce, and engineering
  • Experience building relationships with VP-level clients and decision-makers
