Job Summary
To drive sales growth and client satisfaction, the full-time salaried Growth Manager will leverage over ten years of industry experience, including five years in sales and three years in sales leadership, while utilizing technology tools and methodologies to enhance performance and coaching.
Key responsibilities
- Manage client accounts and implement customer lifecycle strategies for retention and upselling
- Lead and develop a sales team, ensuring performance accountability and coaching best practices
- Utilize sales analytics and enablement tools to forecast performance and identify growth opportunities
Required qualifications
- Over ten years of industry experience with a minimum of five years in sales
- At least three years of sales leadership experience
- Proficiency in Microsoft Dynamics CRM and sales enablement tools such as Outreach and LinkedIn Sales Navigator
- Strong understanding of sales methodologies and pipeline management
- Experience in performance management and data-driven decision-making
