Job Summary

To support the acceleration of a health plan partnership pipeline, the full-time Growth Manager will manage pipeline operations, drive meeting preparations, and synthesize key takeaways while working remotely from anywhere in the continental US.

Key responsibilities

• Source and track health plan opportunities, maintaining data hygiene in the CRM for accurate reporting and forecasting
• Prepare for customer meetings by researching stakeholder context and creating briefing materials for leadership
• Conduct market research to provide actionable intelligence on prospective partners and health plan priorities

Required qualifications

• 2-4+ years of experience in a client-facing or analytical role, with a preference for management consulting background
• 2+ years of healthcare experience or ability to quickly learn complex domains such as payer dynamics
• Strong organizational skills and problem-solving aptitude
• Action-oriented mindset with a willingness to thrive in a fast-paced, metric-driven environment
• Exceptional written and verbal communication skills for producing high-quality presentations and written materials
