Growth Manager

Job Summary

A company is looking for a Growth Manager.

Key Responsibilities:

• Own KPIs of acquisition channels and collaborate with paid media agency/internal teams to attain acquisition goals
• Plan & develop comprehensive paid media strategies to drive new user acquisition while attaining CAC targets
• Monitor and report on key performance metrics, including CAC, conversion rates, ROAS, and LTV

Required Qualifications:

• 5+ years of experience in digital marketing channels
• Proven track record of successfully driving customer acquisition through paid marketing channels
• Analytical mindset and ability to use data-driven insights to optimize campaigns and inform strategic decisions
• Proficiency in data analysis and with analytics tools such as Excel, Google Analytics, Looker
• Experience with A/B testing methodologies and a results-oriented approach to optimization
